Shipping Information:

In-stock "Ready to go" items such as toys, clickers and pre-made leashes and lanyards will be shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment, delivery time is dependent on your chosen shipping method and is not the responsibility of RDD once it leaves our hands. We do our best to keep everything on the site absolutely up to date but on the rare occasion that an item is incorrectly listed or out of stock you will be notified immediately. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of custom orders. If you need an item expedited for a specific date please email us first to make sure its possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
